Summary

When an older attic water heater needed replacement, we were called in to install a new 50-gallon electric unit. Attic spaces present unique logistical challenges, so careful planning and protection of the home were required.

The Work

Removed the old water heater and prepared the attic for installation
Installed a new 50-gallon electric water heater, including all labor and materials
Laid protective sheeting throughout the path to safeguard floors and carpets

The Outcome

The home now has reliable hot water from an upgraded system. By managing the installation with care, we minimized disruption and left the space tidy. The new unit is ready to serve the household efficiently.
